Designed and operated networks across 3 data centers and 750+ branch locations. Routing, switching, firewalls, WAN connectivity, high availability. The kind of scale where a wrong move at 2am affects thousands of people.

IT Specialist
Where it all started. Servers, virtualisation, end-user support, network infrastructure. Less glamorous, more foundational than anything that came after.

Two years studying the thing I'd already been doing for a decade. What surprised me most wasn't the technical depth — it was how much security comes down to human behaviour and organisational culture. My thesis explored exactly that: why Zero Trust initiatives fail not because of the technology, but because of the people asked to trust it. GPA 4.1.
